Shipping policy

Upon making the checkout of your order, kindly proceed to make the payment via PayNow/Paylah/Payanyone or Bank Transfer /Card payment (refer to the payment details provided upon checkout). 

Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed. Processing and delivery timeline is 15-20 working days upon receiving of your payment. 

Shipping is done mainly via SingPost Basic Mail or Tracked Package delivery. SingPost Basic Mail and Tracked Packaged delivery will be delivered straight to your letterbox. If you have opted for Tracked Packaged option, we will notify you of the tracking number once your order has been posted out. 

However, if your item's height is above 6.5cm, your parcel delivery cost will automatically be calculated as 'Doorstep Delivery' upon our checkout page. This is based on SingPost latest revisions to their postal services with effect from 2 December 2019.
